By visiting this website, submitting an enquiry or contacting us through any channel linked from it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use of the website.

2. About Us

Gravity Cabins ("Gravity Cabins", "we", "us", "our") designs and builds portable container homes, farmhouse cabins, resort cabins, office containers and custom modular spaces, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka and serving clients across India.

3. Use of the Website

The website and its content are provided for general information about our services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or connected systems;
• copy, scrape or reproduce content, imagery or design at scale without our written permission;
• use the enquiry form to send spam, abusive content or automated submissions;
• interfere with the website's operation or availability for other visitors.

4. Enquiries, Quotes & Orders

Submitting the enquiry form, messaging us on WhatsApp or calling us places an enquiry — it does not create an order or a contract. A binding agreement comes into effect only when a written quotation or project agreement is signed by both parties and any agreed advance is paid.

Initial consultations and indicative estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation on either side.

5. Pricing

Prices shown on the website (including "onwards" starting prices and per-square-foot figures) are indicative only. Final pricing depends on your design, specifications, site conditions, delivery location, prevailing material costs and applicable taxes, and is confirmed only in a written quotation.

No payments are collected through this website. All payments are made per the schedule set out in your signed project agreement.

6. Warranty

Warranties referenced on the website (including any structural warranty) are honoured under the terms, conditions and maintenance requirements set out in your written project agreement, which is the sole and complete statement of warranty coverage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, branding, logos, designs, drawings, renders and photographs — belongs to Gravity Cabins or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The website links to and embeds third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media profiles. These are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gravity Cabins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
